To uniformly expand a developer even when a pair of expansion rollers are driven in a single side.
A discharge guide 64 is disposed in a downstream side of the feeding direction of the expansion roller pair which are driven in a single side. The guide passage 74 of the discharge guide 64 is provided with a first guide part 86 which slides on a first side end 24c of a film unit 74 and with a second guide part 87 which slides on a second side end 24d. In order to correct expansion deviation of the developer deviating toward the second side end 24d due to deviation of pressurizing force of the expanding roller pair, the first guide part 86 is off-set by Δh than the second guide part 87. When the film unit is made to pass through the guide passage, the first side end 24c of the film unit 24 is curved greater in the main scanning direction than the second side end 24d. The gap in the film unit 24 in the first side end 24c is increased to move the developer deviating in the second side end 24d toward the first side end 24c. Thereby, the developer can be uniformly expanded.
