Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPS63129343
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

Both of the diluting water for development and the replenishing water for washing are supplied from a same stock tank. A part or whole of the overflowed liquid of the washing water contg. the stock water for replenishment is transported to a fixing liquid tank 2 and utilized further as diluting water of concd. fixing liquid.
