PURPOSE: To improve the working efficiency and prevent rebound at top dead center by keeping proper air pressure in air impulsive cylinder of impulsive cylinder- piston mechanism employed in impulsive-force tools such as pneumatic rivetting machine.
CONSTITUTION: An impulsive pistion 4 is blown back, by setting a blow-back chamber 6, after the piston 4 in a cylinder 3 reaches the bottom dead center. While the piston 4 moves to the bottom dead center, the outlet air from an under-piston chamber 35 opens a back-pressure release valve 26 to remove back pressure. While the piston is blown vack from the bottom dead center to the top, the valve 26 closes in response to the air pressure signal, thus always adjusting the air pressure in the cylinder
