Abstract:
PURPOSE: To simply and rapidly adjust the center heights of a form and an injection pipe when the form is replaced with a different one in a concrete injection pipe device.
CONSTITUTION: A frame 16 is fixed to the base part of an injection pipe 11 and supports 18, 18, 18, 18 are vertically provided to the outside of the frame 16 and tough rolls 19, 19... are interposed between the frame 16 in the axial direction of the injection pipe 11 and the supports 18. Guide rollers 22, 22... and 23, 23... are provided in the direction crossing the axis of the injection pipe 11 at a right angle to support the frame 16. A hydraulic cylinder 26 is attached to the frame 16 to make the injection pipe freely movable up and down.
