This device is constituted of a main body A and a water tank B and a rotary table 10 provided in a washing chamber 2 of the main body A is linked with a shaft 9 using a motor in a supporting table 1 as the driving source. A work 11 fixed to the rotary table 10 is washed with the air and water respectively ejected from a blow nozzle 18 and water spraying nozzles 19, 20. The work 11 is dehydrated with the centrifugal force of the rotary table 10 and dirty water is purified and stored in the water tank B and used as the washing water again.
