PURPOSE: To enable a buoy to easily follow change in draft or the like by forming a fender inserting portion sandwiched by a pair of vertical pressure receiving plane approximately perpendicular to both sides of the buoy facing an anchoring portion and providing an end fender of a swing arm engaging this fender inserting portion.
CONSTITUTION: A buoy 1 facing an anchoring dolphin 2 is formed on both sides 4 with a fender inserting portion 10 sandwiched by a pair of vertical pressure receiving planes 6 approximately perpendicular to the side 4 of the buoy 1. A swing arm 12 provided on the swing end 13 with a pair of fenders 14 is mounted on the upper surface of the anchoring dolphin 2 to swing in a vertical plane approximately perpendicular to the side 4 of the buoy. The swing end 13 of the swing arm 12 is fit in the fender inserting portion 10 to be urged against the buoy by its own weight. Thus, the buoy 1 can follow easily change in draft or the like.
