PURPOSE: To automatically print an announcement by preparing the optimum plan of patrol work by providing a first memory part to store work data and prescribed data for each customer in a patrol work list, and a second memory part to store a customer name and a correspondent address.

CONSTITUTION: A memory part 16f previously stores the work date data and prescribed data for each customer in the patrol work list, and a memory part 16g previously stores the customer names to be patrolled and the correspondent addresses. In such a case, when preparing the patrol work plan, the selected customer and the correspondent address are read out of the memory part 16g by a second reading means 16e and the data corresponding to these customers are controlled and prepared while being read out of the memory part 16f by a first reading means 16e. Next, a printer 19 is operated and prints an announcement 23 to notify the patrol to the customer to be patrolled from the data read out by the first and second reading means 16e and 16e.
