Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high reliable device for an automatic warehouse stacker crane detecting the faulty position of an article, which crane has its detection wire not easily come off its pulley even when detecting the faulty position of the article.
SOLUTION: One end of a detection wire 36 is fixed to a bracket 35 of a carriage 20. The wire 36 goes round a load (article) 25 in such a manner that it surrounds the periphery of the load 25, being guided by pulleys 28 to 33, which are arranged in such a manner that their respective revolving shafts are situated in the plane perpendicular to the advancing/retarding direction of a slide fork 24. The other end of the wire 36 is connected to a limit switch.
