Abstract:

To efficiently cast a workpiece into and take it out from a mold in a series of procedures.

A device for casting and removing the workpiece is provided, in a three-dimensionally mobile device 1 formed to be movable in three-dimensional directions of X, Y and Z directions, at its lowermost end of a lift member 11 which is formed to be movable in a vertical direction that is the Z direction. The device consists of a biaxial rotary mechanism 2 whose two orthogonal axes rotate independently of each other, a workpiece casting mechanism 5 mounted on one of rotation axes 22 forming the rotary mechanism 2 via a mounting bracket 3 and activated by an electromagnet or high pressure air, and a workpiece take-out mechanism 6 similarly mounted on the mechanism 2 via the mounting bracket 3 and activated by the electromagnet or high pressure.
