Abstract:
The device comprises a cylinder (12) mounted rotatably in a support block (10) which is passed through tangentially in relation to the cylinder (12) by said conduit (14), while the cylinder has, in the region of said conduit (14), at least a first peripheral groove (18), the depth of which varies between a minimum and a maximum which corresponds to the diameter of the conduit at the point where the latter is tangential to the cylinder (12).
