PURPOSE: To replace a saw blade in a single-hand operation by hooking a locking member behind a support body, moving a grip to and from between a rest position and an actuating position, and disengaging the locking member on a movement of the grip into the actuating position.
CONSTITUTION: When a grip 42 is rotated upward to an actuating position from a rest position, the cam-like lug 70 of an arm 36 is slid on the slide face 68 of a rocker element 64 to depress the rocker element 64. A support member 72 is displaced upward to displace a locking member 48 upward. A flap 14 is rotated by the grip 42 at the disengaged position of the locking member 48, a clamping jaw 24 is separated from a clamping jaw 22 to make a saw blade 30 movable, and another saw blade 30 is set after machining is completed, thereby required actions can be easily taken in a single-hand operation only.
