Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide the communication service providing device which is easily locked and unlocked without decreasing the safety owing to a theft and an abuse.
CONSTITUTION: The communication service providing device includes a terminal unit 1 and an access unit 2 and when this device is actuated, an actual code IMSIc for discriminating the access unit 2 is compared with codes IMSIs,i stored in the terminal unit 1; when the both match each other, the terminal unit 1 is locked. Then when a 2nd code PINc for discriminating the access unit 2 is stored in a memory 3, it is read out and when the both do not match each other and the 2nd code is active, the terminal unit 1 is unlocked; and a 2nd code is supplied to unlock the access unit 2, thereby making this communication service providing device ready for use.
