PURPOSE: To avoid pollution when a device is separated, by making a valve member pass fluid, in a connecting device composed of a first connector part for housing a first valve member, a second connector part for housing a second valve member, and a cleaning means.

CONSTITUTION: In a device 11 for connecting two conduit parts of a circuit of fluid such as polluted paint or varnish, a first connector part 12 for housing a first valve member 20 for shutting off a fluid outlet, and a second connector part 14 for housing a second valve member 28 for shutting off a fluid inlet 17 are provided, and a means for cleaning the contact surfaces of the valve members 20, 28 is provided. The valve members 20, 28 are provided with mutually contacting front surfaces, and they are movable by being interlocked with each other while being maintained so as to enable fluid to pass. As a result, invasion of air to the circuit is stopped, and two elements of the device can be avoided from pollution.
