Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a boiling off-gas delivery-controlling device for buffering stepwise change of the delivery flow volume of a BOG compressor.
CONSTITUTION: The device for controlling the delivery of an off-gas is characterized by disposing a BOG compressor 4 for delivering the boiling off-gas from a LPG storage plant 1 into a calorie-adjusting device, disposing a flow- controlling valve 6 for adjusting device, disposing a flow-controlling valve 6 for controlling the flow volume of the off-gas supplied into the calorie- controlling device at the discharging port of the BOG compressor 4, and disposing a buffer device 11 having a prescribed volume and used for absorbing the changes of the delivery flow volume of the BOG compressor 4.
