This control means comprises a 1st direction detecting means 7 for detecting a running direction of a vehicle, a 2nd direction detecting means 9 for detecting a direction of a helmet to be mounted on the head of a driver on a vehicle, a display means 3 which is installed in the helmet and displays predetermined information, and a main control means 1 for controlling display operation of the display means 3 based on the information from each detection means 7, 9. Further, the main control means 5 calculates an angle difference between each direction obtained from each detection detecting means 7, 9, and also has a display shutdown control part 54 for shutting down the display of the display means 3 when this angle difference exceeds a fixed value.
