A multiplyer 42 outputs a multiplied value of a motor current reference Irefex from a controller 9 and a cosine value COSfrom a cosine functional instrument 41 to the positive terminal of a subtracter 16 as a corrected current reference Iref through a limit circuit. Then, because the motor current reference Irefex from the controller 9 is corrected in accordance with the variation of the looper angle by a motor current reference circuit 40 and the corrected current reference Iref is output to the subtracter 16, the output of a current control circuit 13 becomes a proper output in which the variation of the looper angle is incorporated and the output of the circuit 14 of the mechanical system of the motor becomes also proper.
