PURPOSE: To provide a device for cutting a pipe in a standard length, which positively cuts in a standard length the pipe continuously formed while rotating.

CONSTITUTION: A first travelling carriage 10 is provided on a base 3. A cutting blade 15a driven by a motor 15b is provided on the first travelling carriage 10. A second travelling carriage 20 is stationed at a predetermined front position in the pipe moving direction. On the second travelling carriage 20, a positioning roller 23d is provided which abuts against the tip end face P1 of the pipe when the pipe P is moved as far as a regular size position. Both the travelling carriages 10, 20 are interconnected to each other so that pipe cutting work may be executed while integrally moving both the travelling carriages 10, 20 in the same direction when the positioning roller 23d is pushed to the pipe moving direction by the pipe tip face P1.
