Abstract:
PURPOSE: To surely discriminate the defective quenched product.
CONSTITUTION: Temp. detecting means 29, 30 for measuring temps. in a forming die 11 are provided, and the suitable value of the time until the forming die 11 reaches to the max. temp. from starting of the quenching and the suitable value of the forming die 11 at the time of quenching are preset. Based on the measured data from the temp. detecting means 29, 30, the time until the forming die 11 reaches to the max. temp. and the max. temp. of the forming die 11 are calculated. A deciding means 33, in which it is decided that the quenched product is defective if the calculated value is out of the preset value by comparing the calculated value and the preset value, is provided.
