To improve the workability corresponding to a highly hardened viscous bulky material by detachably providing an annular rotary drum driving gear on the outer periphery of a rotary drum and also, a mechanism for preventing the rotating vibration and the float-up of the drum.
A reinforcing plate 40a is welded and fixed on the outer periphery of the rotary drum 3 and plural fastening bolts 42 are penetrated to a fastening flange 41 fixed to the reinforcing plate 40a. The pin-state rotary drum driving gear 11 is fixed to a flange 12 supported by these fastening bolts 42 and made removable to facilitate repair and exchange. A rotating vibration preventing roller 50 is arranged circumscribing the outer part of the flange 12 and the movement in the horizontal direction of the rotary drum 3 is restrained to stabilize the discharge of the high hardened viscous bulky material. Further, a roller 54 for restraining the float-up of the rotary drum 3 is supported by a supporting metallic frame 52c and brought into contact with the upper surface of a drum gear base 43 to restrain the movement in the vertical direction of the rotary drum 3, and the discharge of the highly hardened viscous bulky material is further stabilized.
