Title:
DEVICE FOR EMBEDDING INTRACORPOREAL PROSTHESIS OF NATURAL EXPANSION TYPE INTO BLOOD VESSEL
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3523306
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To provide an embedding device by which an available space for accommodating an intracorporeal prosthesis is increased at an identical outer diameter, the intracorporeal prosthesis can be mounted quite easily and the intracorporeal prosthesis can be mounted manually.
CONSTITUTION: An intracorporeal prosthesis 1 is inserted into a recess of a flexible inner catheter 6 in a tensile state and fixed by means of a tubular outer catheter 3. In order to release the intracorporeal. prosthesis 1, the outer catheter 3 is returned along above the recess. The recess is formed of a connector chip 9 for connecting a tip end 7 to a tube of the inner catheter 6. The inner catheter 6 has at least identical flexibility and bending resistance, and it is formed as a structure having outer diameter in the recess area smaller than the conventional one.
