Abstract:
PURPOSE: To instantly and selectively take out various internal organs from the peritoneal cavity from a slaughtered animal by providing a means for defining the position of an internal organ concerning a parting means attached in the neighborhood of an internal organ sucking end part or along an internal organ guiding means.
CONSTITUTION: An anus is cut off by a cutting edge 20 while vacuum-sucking a cylindrical mandrel 2a by a pump 34 and the anus continuing with an intenstine is sucked into the mandrel through the internal organ sucking end part from the peritoneal cavity of the slaughtered animal. When a stomach reaches a sucking opening and pressure is lowered, the intestine is cut off from the stomach to be sucked into the mandrel and the stomach is exhausted downward by the disconnection of a vacuum string.
