Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To adjust a resonance frequency while minimizing a decrease of no load Q of a resonator to be measured by adjusting the resonance frequency of the resonator to be measured by adjusting an area of a capacitor part for adjustment which is capacitively coupled with the capacitor part of the resonator.
SOLUTION: In a lumped constant filter, a resonator 10 has capacitor parts 11 and 12 and an inductor part 13; and the capacitor part 11 is capacitively coupled with an input-side capacitor part 15 connected to an input wire 14 and the capacitor part 12 is capacitively connected to an output-side capacitor part 17 connected to an output wire 16. Capacitor parts 18 and 19 for adjustment are formed nearby the capacitor parts 11 and 12 to adjust the resonance frequency and capacitively coupled with the capacitor parts 11 and 12, respectively. To adjust the resonance frequency of the resonator 10, the resonance frequency of the resonator 10 is measured and the capacitor parts 18 and 19 for adjustment are adjusted in an area so that the resonance frequency has a desirable value.
