Abstract:
To safely escape from a multistory floor in case of emergency by using a hydraulic constant velocity motor for lowering.
The rotation of a winding drum is controlled by the braking torque and the control force of a hydraulic constant velocity motor 11 fitted in right and left, and a hoist fitting 3 fitted to a tip of a wire 2 is fixed so that the wire 2 wound around the wire winding drum 1 holds a human body through a hanging handle 4 and a safety belt 9, and the human body 2 is lowered as the wire is unwound by the own weight of the human body.
