Abstract:
To automatically and precisely estimate the quality of fruits and vegetables with less human help.SOLUTION: The present invention includes: a camera for taking images of a fruit or a vegetable as an inspection target object being carried on a conveyance route; information acquisition means for acquiring image information of the fruit or the vegetable imaged by the camera; and determination means for determining the quality of the fruit or the vegetable while putting a higher priority on a relevance higher than three-stage relevance on the basis of reference image information corresponding to the image information acquired by the information acquisition means by using at least three-stage relevance between image information for reference of the fruit or the vegetable obtained in the past and the quality of the fruit or the vegetable.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 14
