To provide a device for extruding semisolid food so designed that an extrusion table can be moved to an appropriate position and to be surely locked at the position when dishing up semisolid food such as ice cream, and the extrusion table has good operability.
The device for extruding semisolid food works as follows: an extrusion table 13 is rotatively moved, a holding mechanism 182 presses the table to a supporting plate 181 when the extrusion table 13 is moved to an extrusion position so as to inhibit further rotative movement so that the extrusion table 13 can be surely moved to the extrusion position, a detaching mechanism is held on the supporting plate 181 to inhibit the supporting plate 181 from moving when the extrusion table 13 is moved to the extrusion position, the extrusion table 13 is locked at the extrusion position by the holding action of the supporting plate 181, alternatively, the extrusion table 13 can be operated with the small force through adjusting pressure-contacting force to the supporting plate 181 via the holding mechanism 182, or the extrusion table 13 can be surely held also when moving to the lock position.
