Then, the feeding unit 14 is equipped with a feeding claw 44 which repeats such a motion that after pushing one unit of the bar-form package forward from the rear side, separating from the bar-form package and retreating to the original position, and a cutter 46 which cuts a connected part between the leading bar-form package and the second bar-form package of the continuous package 6, in order while synchronizing with the motion of the feeding claw 44.
