PURPOSE: To feed the wire material without generating the twist by adjusting the rotating speed of the turn-table corresponding to the moving amount of the guiding member.

CONSTITUTION: The driving electric power is inputted to the object to be supplied and to the wire material supplying device 1. The wire material 4 is fed by rotating the turn table 5 at the prescribed speed on the initial stage of the power input, but if the wire supplying speed is faster comparison with the wire pulling speed of the automatic machine side, the bent amount of the wire material part 4a is increased and the arm 9 swings counter clockwise. If the wire supplying speed is slow in comparison with the wire pulling speed of the automatic machine side, the bent amount of the wire material part 4a is decreased, the arm 8 swings clockwise. If the arm 9 swings counterclockwise, the speed of the wire supplying device 1 is made slow, the bent amount of the wire material part 4a is decreased and the arm 8 turns clockwise and removed to the initial position. When the arm 8 swings clockwise, the speed of the wire material supplying device 1 is made faster and the bent of the wire material part 4a is increased, and the arm 8 turns counterclockwise and is removed to the initial position.
