PURPOSE: To provide a device having a large loading capacity and easily releasable by fixing a fixing member to a furnace surface by adhesive connection and separably connecting an anchor plate to the fixing member.

CONSTITUTION: This device is used to fix a column 12 to a furniture surface 10, for example, an office desk, and the column 12 and anchor plate 14 are made of cast iron or plastic. A fixing late 16 is adhered to the furnace surface 10. Because the fixing plate 16 is made of an elastic plastic material, it can be separated easily from the furnace surface 10. When the anchor plate 14 is put on the fixing plate 16 from the upper side and shifted, a projected part 18 is engaged with a recessed part 20, and the anchor plate 14 cannot be raised from the fixing plate 16 any longer. At this engaged position, the anchor plate 14 is overlapped with the fixing plate 16. Lock pins inserted into holes 30 and 32 lock the anchor plate 14 onto the fixing plate 16 at an engaged position. The lock pin is extracted to release a locking and the anchor plate is shifted, and the anchor plate can be raised from the fixing plate 16.
