PURPOSE: To develop a device for folding a package in a small bag or a small basket which is capable of guaranteeing the sure functions, even in a high-speed range with very small technical cost.
CONSTITUTION: An outside contour of a holder 2 of a grab head rotor 1 forms a forming die to fold a packaging sheet 4, a folding process is divided into at least one folding station annexed to the grab head rotor 1 and at least one folding station annexed to a packaging head rotor 10, and a means for guiding the holder 2 and a holding jaw 11 in a relatively stoppage condition in the radial direction and in the tangential direction is provided for the folding process and for the delivery. The folding device is used for a high-speed packaging machine to package hard caramel and bonbons.
