Abstract:
PURPOSE: To easily open a back cover even when the back cover is hardly opened because of that the internal pressure becomes low in a waterproof camera in which a battery is exchanged by opening the back cover.
CONSTITUTION: In the water-proof camera 1 provided with a camera main body(front cover) 2 and the back cover 4 which can be opened and closed; an operation member 11 and a forcibly opening member 14 forcibly opening the back cover 4 to the camera main body 2 by pushing the back cover 4 by the operation of the member 11 are installed. In the concrete, a hook plate 12 fixing the back cover 4 on the camera main body 2 is installed, and the member 14 pushes the back cover 4 when the member 11 is operated over the locking position of the back cover 14 by the hook plate 12. Thus, the member 11 is a knob member 11 which is operated to be rotated, and the member 14 is a lever member 14 turned while engaging with the knob member 11.
