To obtain a frothing device for producing a frothed release agent without using a mesh by supplying the air, which is sucked and accompanying the release agent injected from a nozzle, through an air suction passage.
The liquid release agent 5 is injected from a liquid release agent tank 12 in a frothing cylinder 3 with pressure by a pressure pump 4, an injection flow of the release agent sucks the air from the atmosphere through an air suction passage 2, the air is automatically mixed to the release agent in a roughly fixed ratio to be foamed, the frothed release agent 6 having a nearly stabilized blending ratio is produced. By supplying a stabilized frothed release agent to a cavity 11, the released agent is applied on a whole cavity surface with an uniform thickness, product quality is stabilized. Further, by using a non-pulsating type for the pressure pump 4, pressure pulsation of the supplied frothed release agent 6 is suppressed, generation of defective froth due to temporary pressure shortage is eliminated.
