PURPOSE: To prevent the development of deviation of charging material in circular direction by fitting a trough type auxiliary chute toward reversed inclination to inclination of a swinging chute at the upper edge side position in the swinging chute facing to lower end opening of a vertical chute.
CONSTITUTION: At the upper edge side position in the swinging chute 4 facing to the lower end opening of the vertical chute 3, the trough type auxiliary chute 6 having the reversed inclination to the inclination of the swinging chute 4 is fitted. By this constitution, the raw material 13 deviatedly dropped to the center axis 5 of the vertical chute 3 drops to the point 12 with swing of the swinging chute 4 in the case of no auxiliary chute 6, but drops to the point 11 at the upstream side with the auxiliary chute 6. By this method, the spreading range of the dropping position of the raw material 13 is put together in the extremely small range, and the distribution of raw material 13 is made uniform to any direction and the deviation in the circular direction is prevented.
