The device for generating air-conditioning control-supporting data comprises a data acquiring portion 21 for acquiring a value indicating the controlled indoor environment and a condition of the person staying in a room when a claim data relating to claims to the air-conditioning control from the person staying in the room, is acquired, a PMV value calculating portion 22 for calculating a PMV value on the basis of the acquired values indicating the controlled indoor environment and the condition of the person staying in the room, and a display data generating portion 24 for generating the air-conditioning control-supporting data indicating a rate of the number of claims to each PMV value in the controlled room, on the basis of the claim data acquired by the data acquiring portion 21 and the PMV value calculated by the PMV value calculating portion 22.
