To provide a device for heat sterilization of fluid with which a small amount of fluid is subjected to heat sterilization without spoiling its quality.
The device for heat sterilization of fluid works as follows: sending the fluid from a first storage tank 1 to a second storage tank 2 through a transferring pipe 3; subjecting the fluid to heat sterilization at an upper-stream side via a heat sterilization means; and cooling the fluid via a cooling means at a lower-stream side, wherein the first storage tank is provided with the heat sterilization means 9, and the transferring pipe 3 is provided with the cooling means 19. The fluid is heated in the first storage tank via the heat sterilization means up to a prescribed temperature to be sterilized followed by immediately sending the sterilized fluid into the transferring pipe so as to be cooled via the cooling means, and thereafter sending the fluid to the second storage tank.
