To provide a device for holding a shoe on a gliding board.
A device comprises a back-face supporting element 5 and a bottom board 4, and the back-face supporting element 5 is hinged above the bottom board 4 along nearly the transverse directional axis Y-Y' of the shoe holding device. The shoe holding device is constituted in such a way that at least one braking means counteracts against the articular motion of the back- face supporting element 5 with regard to the bottom board 4 along the transverse directional axis Y-Y', at least in one direction of the articular motion. Further, this shoe holding device is so constituted that a returning means 10 is brought into contact with nearly the leg lower part, so that the back-face supporting element 5 can be held.
