Hot water is poured from a water pipe 3 into each of receivers 4A, 4B journaled to a casing 2 and thereby the hot water is collected in each of the receivers 4A, 4B. The center of gravity of each of the receivers 4A, 4B is varied to cause the hot water in each of the receivers 4A, 4B to fall as beating hot water. By moving the pivotally attached positions of the adjacent receivers 4A, 4B, the falling position of the hot water is varied intermittently to enhance massaging effects.
