PURPOSE: To smoothly insert or discharge an object into or from a bent pie having a bent part, by providing a guidance cable having flexibility and being displaceable relatively to an object, a supporting member for supporting at least one end part of the guidance cable so as to be displaceable, and an operating means for pushing in or pulling back the object or the guidance cable to or from the inside of a pipe.

CONSTITUTION: When a device 11 is pushed in, and an object 13 comes near to a bent part 30, one end part of a guidance cable 14 is displaced in the longitudinal direction to each other in a supporting member 15. For instance, a guidance cable 14a abuts on the inside peripheral surface by a large curvature, and a guidance cable 14c abuts on the inside peripheral surface of the pipe 12 by a small curvature. In this case, by elasticity of the guidance cable 14, force in the direction 34 is generated, and by this force, the object 13 passes through an attitude of a receiving line from an attitude of a virtual line 35, and varied to an attitude of a virtual line 36. Accordingly, a tip part 13a of the object 13 does not abut on a step difference surface 32, and the object 13 is pushed in smoothly in the direction 37. In such a way, the object can be inserted or discharged smoothly into or from the inside of the pipe having a bent part.
