Title:
DEVICE INSTALLED WITH NOZZLE BEAM CAPABLE OF FORMING LIQUID JET FOR JET-INTERLACING FIBER OF INDUSTRIAL WEB
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2000027065
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To effectively avoid vertical stripes on the surface of a web by improving a device which charges a fine water jet to a web, e.g. a tissue or the like, to interlace fibers, compress, change and combine to fix the surface of the tissue by using nozzle beams transversely arranged to the running direction of the web.

In this device, nozzle beams 1 are fixed to be able to reciprocally move in the perpendicular direction to the moving direction of a web 31 and bound to a unit for rapid reciprocal movement so as to be able to transport a power. The unit is capable of generating a vibrating movement 37 to the nozzle beam in a short time. Groove-like concaves formed on the surface of the web 31 are brought to at least mutually contact on each margin and the surface of the web 31 is formed to be completely flat without plastic upheavals.
