To provide a device for loading refuse into a refuse vehicle capable of mechanizing loading of refuse by a simple construction, and enhancing working efficiency.

The device consists of a chute 1 supported on a supporting leg 2 through a spring 5, an exciter 6 mounted in the lower surface of the chute 1 to apply vibration thereto, and a rubber plate 7 attached to the front end of the chute 1 to bridge the edge of the refuse dropping port of the vehicle 10 and the front end of the chute 1. A pallet storing refuse is transported to the vehicle 10 by a forklift, then the refuse is dropped from the pallet on the chute 1 vibrated by the exciter 6 to be loaded on the vehicle 10.
