PURPOSE: To lessen the labor of an operator and to improve the performance to loosen chemicals by rotating an elliptic cam so that an upper working frame repetitively moves vertically and to incline laterally.
CONSTITUTION: An electric motor installed at a lower box frame is driven to drive a reduction gear via a pulley and V-belt. The elliptic cam 6 is thereby rotated. The rotation of the elliptic cam 6 induces forward and backward inclining motion by the gradient across the vertex of the elliptic cam 6 together with the vertical motion via a cam rest 17 in the upper working frame 8. Namely, the swing by the vertical motion and the forward and backward inclination is induced respectively twice by one turn of the cam 6. A loosening effect is developed in the chemicals in a fire extinguisher placed upside down on the upper working frame 8 by such repetition. A cam bearing shaft 18 is vertically adjusted to control the swing. A spring is interposed between the lower box frame and the upper working frame 8 to provide a bound effect and remedy against noise.
