A weight sensor 14 is embedded in the top board 2 of the system kitchen 1. A sheet shape IC tag sensor 16 is arranged on the weight sensor 14. The weight sensor 14 detects the weight of the food. The IC tag sensor 16 reads information which is recorded in the IC tag attached to the food. The detected weight and read information are collected in a server (home server), and management is performed by organizing and updating, etc., management information concerning at least the kind and remaining amount of the food.
