Abstract:

To enable calculation in which the balance of a pitch angle, a roll angle and an azimuth angle positive cosine value is kept by finding the azimuth angle of the horizontal component of a space vector by a reverse tangent function.

For instance, a gravity detection sensor used for a measuring part provides a weight (m) in the center of a diaphragm (s), and constitutes a pair of inductance arms in the neighborhood of a bridge circuit having high frequency OSC by coils L1, L2. In addition, rectifiers D1, D2 are connected to opposite bridge arms. In this constitution, when the weight (m) of the diaphragm (s) receives force P in the direction of a center line X to displace, a difference in gaps between the coils L1, L2 and the brass metal face of the weight (m) produces, and a difference in inductance of the coils L1, L2 produces to generate output current between output terminals 2, 3. In this case, when the center line X of a sensor composes the direction and the angle of gravity G, output current corresponds to gap change by load Gcos since Gcos is added to the weight (m) as the load P.
