Abstract:
PURPOSE: To highly precisely measure a press load by using a strain gage attached to a frame.
CONSTITUTION: A corresponding relation between detecting values of strain gages 66a, 66b,... attached to plural frames 12 and a practical press load measured by using load measuring stands 82a, 82b,... is preliminarily stored as a data map, a die is attached by removing the load measuring stands 82a, 82b,..., in the case of a practical press-machining, the press load corresponding to the detecting values of the strain gages 66a, 66b,... is obtained from the data map and displayed.
