A vehicle 10 comprises a plurality of acceleration sensors 26 that are arranged in different positions in at least tire width direction with respect to the tire 18 and detect acceleration in the circumferential direction of the tire 18, and an ECU 100. The ECU 100 acquires grounding length in the vehicle longitudinal direction of the tire 18 based on the detected value of each acceleration sensor 26 of the tire 18, acquires the lateral force in the tire width direction acting on the tire 18 based on the acquired grounding length, and corrects the acquired lateral force based on the acceleration in the longitudinal direction of the vehicle 10.
