Abstract:

To increase an efficiency of using radio resources for physical layer data channels (PUSCH, PDSCH).

Each of a PDSCH assignment section 11 and a PUSCH assignment section 12 notifies a PDCCH assignment section 10 of only one assignment candidate terminal of the physical layer data channel by one notification (step S101). Each of the PDSCH assignment section 11 and the PUSCH assignment section 12 determines the propriety of the assignment of the physical layer data channel to one assignment candidate terminal based on a PDCCH assignment result relating to one assignment candidate terminal advised from the PDCCH assignment section 10 (step S104). Each of the PDSCH assignment section 11 and the PUSCH assignment section 12 determines the next one assignment candidate terminal of which the PDCCH assignment section 10 is notified, based on the PDCCH assignment result relating to one assignment candidate terminal (step S100).
