Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a charging device and method capable of automatically charging fluid at a fixed rate even when time is not previously set in each fluid.
SOLUTION: When a 1st detector 5 detects the existence of fluid in a 1st container 1, a controller receives its detection signal, injects fluid into a pipe by opening a 1st control valve 3, and when the 1st detector 5 detects the existence of fluid in the 1t container 1 again after the lapse of prescribed time from the opening of the 1st control valve 3, the controller receiving its detection signal opens a 2nd control valve 4, starts the charge of fluid into a 2nd cotainer 2. When the 1st detector 5 detects the absence of fluid in the 1st container 1, the controller receives its detection signal, closes the 2nd control valve 4 after the lapse of prescribed time and stops the charge of fluid, and when a 2nd detector 6 detects the existence of fluid after the lapse of prescribed time, the controller receives its detection signal, opens the 2nd control valve 4 again and starts the charge of fluid into the 2nd container.
