Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To sequentially unwind wires from pins normally in switching by using a wire storing jig composed of a ring supporting part installed to be fixed on a supporting base and a wire storing ring horizontally arranged to be fixed and connected to the ring supporting part and easily and normally locking and storing wires.
SOLUTION: A wire storing jig 4 is composed of a ring supporting part installed to be fixed on a supporting base and a horizontally arranged wire storing ring 42 fixed to be connected to the ring supporting part. Its arrangement is supported by the ring supporting part such that a height is set above reels A and B loaded in reel shafts 1 and 2, close to a highest position where a delivery arm 10 arrives and nearly in the center of a supporting base 3. This wire storing ring 42 has a pin for locking a wire 20, and the horizontal direction of the pin is opened for pulling out the wire 20 in a horizontal direction.
