Abstract:
To properly detect an abnormality of a rotation number sensor for detecting the number of rotations of an output shaft of an electric motor.SOLUTION: An abnormality detector for a rotation number sensor for a vehicle of the present invention includes: an electric motor 10 having an output shaft connected to a crank shaft 31 of an engine ENG; a rotation number sensor provided in the output shaft, the rotation number sensor detecting the number of rotations of the motor; and a controller for controlling the electric motor on the basis of motor rotation number information. The controller includes: an engine rotation number information acquisition unit 70 for acquiring engine rotation number information showing the number of rotations of the engine; a motor rotation number information acquisition unit 72 for acquiring motor rotation number information; and an abnormality detection unit 74 for detecting an abnormality of the rotation number sensor on the basis of the consistency between the engine rotation number information acquired by the engine rotation number information acquisition unit and the motor rotation speed information acquired by the motor rotation number acquisition unit.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
