The device comprises a means for generating and displaying a basic map in accordance with topographical information, traffic information and known travel destination information, means for inputting plural areas drawn on the basic map, means for inputting the travel order among the plural areas, means for inputting the travel order to travel destinations in each of the areas and means for calculating the travel order to all travel destinations in accordance with the travel order to the travel destinations among the plural areas and the travel order to the travel destinations in each of the areas.
