To safely and easily insert a film in a perforating device without accompanying danger by providing a perforating means for a film and a protecting means which is arranged around the perforating means, and at the same time, providing an arranging means which brings the film into contact with the perforating means, on the protecting means.

This perforating device is equipped with a perforating section 20 for a film 10, and a protecting section 30 which is arranged around the perforating section 20. Then, the protecting section 30 is equipped with an arranging section 40 to bring the film 10 into contact with the perforating section 20. Also, the perforating section 20 has a plurality of elements 21 for perforation and elements 22 for isolation which are attached to a shaft 50. In addition, the arranging section 40 has a lateral opening section and a vertical opening section, and the lateral opening section is located in a manner to avoid to be confronted with the elements 21 for perforation, and is provided in order to prepare the film on the perforating device. In this case, the entering, of a finger in the perforating device is prevented from occurring by the spacer (element for isolation) 22 which is arranged in such a manner that a distance with the protecting section 30 can prevent the finger from entering.
